Lauren Ostry

Lauren has been practicing physical therapy for over 12 years and has found a niche in treating vertigo, post-concussion injuries, and migraines. Lauren prides herself on achieving a unique plan of care that empowers each patient down their own personal path. Each patient’s injury and personal needs are addressed through extensive evaluation, patient education and a friendly therapeutic approach. Lauren accomplishes successful rehabilitation through an efficient and effective blend cutting edge techniques and evidence-based practice. Lauren has extensive training in manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, industrial rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning for various musculoskeletal injuries. Lauren received both her Doctorate and her BA from Regis University and is still involved with the University through clinical education and various research projects. Lauren sits on the State of Colorado advisory board for Medical Treatment Guidelines and is a member of The Colorado Pain Society. Lauren has trained staff physical therapist, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical doctors, and CEOs in vestibular rehabilitation and implementation of a vestibular rehabilitation program within a health system. When Lauren is not in the clinic, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and running. Above all, Lauren loves spending time with her wonderful children, loving husband, and her two puppy dogs.
